Gami Creations is a local business based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Our personalized aluminum plaques are made to order using the customization details, photographs, screenshots, names, and files provided by each customer.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after all required personalization details and usable image files have been received and, when applicable, the customer has approved the design proof.
If a design proof is included with the product, the processing period begins after the customer approves the design proof.
Orders with missing information, unusable images, unanswered customization questions, or an unapproved design proof may be delayed until the required information or approval is received.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Availability and Charges
Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the products included in the order.
Customers can review the complete shipping charge before completing payment. Shipping is not free unless a free-shipping offer is clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated Carrier Transit Time
Estimated carrier transit time is approximately 2–5 business days after the completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
The total estimated time before delivery normally consists of:
- Processing: 1–2 business days after receiving all required files, personalization details, and applicable design approval.
- Carrier transit: approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.
Processing and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with the order.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.
Carrier Delays
Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, holiday shipping volume, carrier operational issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Gami Creations.
If your order is delayed, contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. You may also contact Gami Creations for assistance.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete shipping address before placing an order.
Contact Gami Creations immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started or after the shipping label has been created.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Verify the shipping address included with the order.
- Check with household members, neighbors, the front desk, or the property manager.
- Check all entrances and secure package-delivery locations.
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
- Contact Gami Creations if additional assistance is still needed.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Production-Error Orders
Claims involving a damaged product, incorrect item, or production error must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery.
Email gamicreationsllc@gmail.com and include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the finished product.
- Clear photographs of the shipping packaging if the product arrived damaged.
Gami Creations will respond within 1–2 business days after receiving the claim and all required photographs.
Approved corrections or replacements are normally prepared within approximately 1–6 business days. Estimated carrier transit time for an approved replacement is an additional 2–5 business days after shipment.
