Gami Creations is a local business in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Our personalized plaques are made to order using the customization details and files provided by each customer.

Made-to-order processing

Production begins after we receive the personalization information and usable image files required for the order. If we send a design proof, production begins after the customer approves it. Processing and delivery estimates shown on the product page, at checkout, or communicated with the customer are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping availability and cost

Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in the order. The customer can review these charges before completing payment.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, the tracking information is sent to the contact information provided with the order. Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times.

Shipping addresses

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or shipment has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have a production error, contact Gami Creations promptly through our Contact Us page. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. For a package marked delivered but not received, first verify the address, check with household members and neighbors, and contact the carrier; then contact us if assistance is still needed.
