All personalized-product sales are final

Gami Creations produces finished, customized products using the level, background, name, images, spelling, and other details selected or supplied by the customer. Because these products are made specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized products, except when required by applicable law or when the order qualifies under the damaged, incorrect, or production-error section below.

Customer-provided customization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, level selections, background choices, images, and other personalization details before submitting the order and before approving any proof. We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, customer-submitted errors, low-quality customer images, or normal differences between colors shown on a screen and the finished printed product.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if a cancellation is needed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once design work or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because it is already being customized.

Damaged, incorrect, or production-error orders

If an item arrives damaged, if Gami Creations sends the wrong item, or if the finished product contains a verified production error by Gami Creations, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review and confirmation, Gami Creations may provide a corrected reprint, replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law. Do not send an item back unless we authorize the return and provide instructions.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
